Senior Vice President - Operational Risk - Risk Management

Job description

Our client  is a 100% foreign-invested. Now we seeking candidates urgently.

•  Managing and supervising the respective credit, market, liquidity and operational risk management functions to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively as well as ensure a smooth running of the respective unit
•  Formulate and review of frameworks, policies and methodologies to identify, assess, monitor and control risks and ensuring the reliability of these methods
•  Formulate transactional controls and policies to mitigate credit, market, liquidity and operational risk
•  Manage the deployment of risk management initiatives on a regional basis to ensure robust risk management practices throughout the group including the regional offices
•  Manage the development of effective reporting of credit, market, liquidity and operational risks
•  Provide overall leadership and guidance to the team members in order to develop expertise and talents within the department
•  Address audit issues raised by internal/external auditors on the effectiveness of risk governance and risk management processes, followed by actions to be taken to address those issues

•  Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline
•  Minimum 7 years experience in the financial services sector preferably from Risk Management environment
•  Good analytical and communications skills as well as able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
•  Candidates with FRM certification would have an advantage
